Cancellation And Refund Policy

A credit card is required on file to secure all appointments — even if you have already prepaid for your service.

Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. It is only kept on file in case of a no-show or last-minute cancellation, per our policy.

In the event of a no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, a 25% cancellation fee of the total service cost will apply.

Please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late is considered a no-show, and the cancellation fee will still be charged.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy - Semi-Permanent

Makeup touch up (Brows, Lips, Eyeliner)

A $50 deposit is required to book your touch-up appointment (within 6-8 weeks after your initial session). This deposit goes toward the remaining balance on the day of your appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule:

• You may reschedule online, or

• Call or text us if you prefer not to rebook, and we'll refund your deposit if canceled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Late cancellations or no-shows (less than 24 hours) will result in a forfeited deposit.
