Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Credit Card on File
A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments, even if your service has been prepaid.
Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. It is securely stored and will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows will incur a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the regular retail price of the scheduled service, regardless of any promotional, discounted, or package pricing.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show, and the cancellation fee may apply.

Semi-Permanent Makeup Touch-Up Policy
(Brows • Lip Blush • Eyeliner)
A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your touch-up appointment, which should be scheduled 6–8 weeks after your initial procedure.
The $50 booking fee will be applied toward the remaining balance of your touch-up appointment.
If you need to reschedule your touch-up, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Your booking fee will be transferred to your new appointment.
If you cancel your appointment, choose not to proceed with your touch-up, cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to attend your appointment, the $50 booking fee will be forfeited.

All services, booking fees, deposits, products, and gift card purchases are final sale and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No refund or exchange. All of our sales are final.
